100% bamboo knitted shawl with beads. The lace and beads are confined to the final 15 rows of the pattern. The entire shawl is done in stockinette stitch or eyelet stitch lace. 

2 skeins of fingering weight Bamboo/Cotton yarn are used held double and changed out through the shawl to create the lovely gradient from top to bottom. The beaded laces provides a spectacular accent along the gently rounded cured hem. Make 1 increases and short row shaping make for a smooth crescent shape.

This pattern is written to use the Fiberlady Mousou yarn, but Makimo could be used as well for a two color shawl.

Needles: US 6 (4.0mm) 14" straight or 24" or longer circular

Yarn: 1100 yd fingering weight yarn or 770 yd DK weight yarn

Beads: 740 6/0 seed beads
