Morning Light Shawl Pattern

This pattern uses a simple 2 row pattern for the mesh lace body that combined with the selective use of double yarn overs creates the crescent shape of this shawl. The 4 row edging and beaded bind off creates a lovely scalloped lower edge to the shawl. Add a second skein of yarn if a larger shawl is desired.

Requirements (sold separately):

Needle: US size  6 (4.0mm) 24” or longer circular needle

Yarn: 1 skein Fiberlady MIdori Swirl Bamboo/Cotton Yarn or 1 skein Fiberlady MIdori Bamboo yarn or 1 skein Fiberlady BouncyBoo Bamboo sock yarn

Gauge: 7 mesh columns = 4 1/2” in mesh body stitch

Finished Size: 54” x 16” blocked
